Player-owned reflection
The product starts with what the player noticed, felt, and wants to improve next.
About AfterPoint
AfterPoint began with a junior player, a family trying to learn from real tournament days, and one stubbornly useful question: what would make reflection easier after every match?
The origin
Junior tennis families already have schedules, ratings, brackets, and results. AfterPoint focuses on the quieter part that often decides long-term growth: what the player learns, how they recover, and what they practice next.
Behind the project
Match debrief
Growth journal
Parent Copilot
Weekly training priorities
Product principles
The product starts with what the player noticed, felt, and wants to improve next.
The parent experience focuses on good questions, preparation, and calmer post-match conversations.
The MVP avoids public rankings, public profiles, third-party ads, and unnecessary location data.
MVP focus
The first build can stay intentionally small: Home, Match Debrief, Match Summary, Growth Journal, Parent Copilot, and Premium. The point is not to track everything. It is to make the next useful step easier to see.
